Raul Neto, Cavaliers Agree To One-Year Deal - RealGM Wiretap
The Cleveland Cavaliers have continued adding to the depth in the backcourt. The Cavs have agreed to sign veteran guard Raul Neto.
Neto will join Ricky Rubio, who recently agreed to sign with Cleveland, as depth behind All-Star Darius Garland. Rubio is expected to be out until midseason after tearing his ACL while with the Cavs last season. Neto averaged 7.5 points and 3.1 assists per game in 70 appearances for the Washington Wizards last season. Neto has good experience playing both on and off the ball in his career.
Cleveland is still hoping to re-sign free agent guard Collin Sexton. Sexton is currently a restricted free agent.
