- Filo Mining CEO Jamie Beck was awarded Kitco's Mining CEO Of The Year 2022 in the non-operating category.
Filo Mining is a standout exploration company. It traded at $2 a share at the start of the decade. It now trades just above $20 a share. Outstanding drill results have propelled the stock higher. Some highlights are hole FSDH032, which returned a total intercept of 1,009m @ 0.95% CuEq. Filo is also endowed with precious metals. Hole FSDH055A returned 64m @ 1,214 gpt Ag and 0.49 gpt Au, ranking it as one of the top silver intercepts globally in the past decade.
The Filo del Sol Project is located in the San Juan Province of Argentina and the adjacent Atacama Region of Northern Chile. It straddles the border between Argentina and Chile. The project is high. Elevations on the property range from 3,800 to 5,400 metres above sea level.Current indicated resource shows 4.4 million ounces of gold, 147 million ounces of silver and 3.1 billion pounds of copper.
