JOHN'S, N.L. — Hundreds of people have gathered at Confederation Building this afternoon, Aug. 23, to rally for changes to addiction and mental health services.
Organizer Tina Olivero – the mother of Ben Olivero, 21, who overdosed in a downtown St. John’s park – said she is saddened by the number of people impacted by addictions but hopeful for the future.
