On Aug. 8, police were dispatched to a W. Royalton Road address regarding a disturbance.

When she told the kids to stop playing, their mother came out of her apartment and threatened her. Asked about the threats, the woman couldn’t give a specific answer and kept changing her story. When she came out to calmly diffuse the situation, the woman called her kids “the N-word” and made threats.The officers agreed the woman was the aggressor. She was cited for disorderly conduct.On Aug. 7, police were dispatched to a Towpath Drive address regarding a property damage call.The man said he was attempting to back out of a “tight spot” at a commercial property when the truck got stuck in wet grass leaving deep ruts.

The owner said he previously contacted those companies but to no avail. This time he wanted the West Chester company to pay for repairs.The officer noted the truck was so deep in the grass that a tow truck had to be called out.
