Quiet Lancashire village flooded with emergency services after crash as suspect arrested
Part of a quiet village near Preston was shut off as police dealt with a major incident and a suspected arrest as calls strength to tackle 'speeding and poor driving' through the area.
Police arrested one man at the scene, according to Katherine Fletcher, Conservative MP for South Ribble who says she spoke to officers at the scene at the cordon.Authorities have confirmed there was one casualty at the scene. They have subsequently been treated by ambulance crews.
