Huge crowds gather outside the army's headquarters in Khartoum for what opposition leaders are calling a 'million-strong' march in Sudan

But on Wednesday they resumed negotiations, and three members of the council resigned from their posts, apparently in response the protesters' demands. The rally outside the army headquarters comes after the military rulers and protest leaders agreed to set up a joint committee.
