Georgia prosecutors have called on far-right conspiracy theorist and Infowars host Alex Jones to testify during the trial of former Trump lawyer Kenneth Chesebro's election interference case scheduled later this month.
CNN reported in August that the former Trump lawyer can be seen in videos of the riot on the U.S. Capitol walking beside and recording Jones with a phone camera as a group of Trump supporters following Jones approach a restricted area of the Capitol grounds.'Alex Jones, based on the information set forth above, is necessary and material witness,' read the filing.
