Even royals can’t get enough of kitschy keepsakes
On his final day in the city, William visited one of the FDNY fire stations across the street from the World Trade Center and the 9/11 Memorial, where he heard firsthand from emergency responders about their work experience and the importance of mental health in their communities.
reported that the fire station gave William gifts intended for his kids, including small rubber fire trucks, pens, notebooks, and T-shirts from their stair climb.Upon leaving the station, William greeted onlookers outside on a walkabout.
