UVALDE, Texas - Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made a stop in Uvalde for a local event to support Uvalde families.
The event was hosted by KABOOM! which is one of the organizations that made a deep commitment to the community after the 2022 mass shooting at Robb Elementary.partnered together shortly after the tragedy to create a park just four blocks away from the school. The community was able to give creative ideas for their dream playground with slides, swings, merry-go-rounds, and tetherballs.
Layla is survived by her father Vinnie and mother Melinda. The family shared that Layla was a track star who loved TikTok and would always sing "Sweet Child O' Mine" with her dad every morning on their way to school.
