The County will look at recommendations to move forward on a conditional offer of $1-million for the former property located on 35 Barker Street in Picton. The County initially was unsuccessful in purchasing the property from the school board back in 2020 after the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board expressed interest in the property.
