Agreement not finalized
The deal hasn’t been signed off on yet but Prince Edward County council intends to sell close to an acre of land in Picton to Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings.The sale price will be $31,362.
The release goes on to say Habitat would build affordable housing on the land which could allow a number of local families to own their own homes.
