A prank resulted in a scare aboard an Alaska Airlines flight from Seattle to Orlando on Sunday.
According to a spokesperson from Orlando International Airport, the airport received a tip from Alaska Airlines operation staff that there was a possible incident on board flight 16, which left Sea-Tac International Airport at 9:15 a.m.
After the plane landed, it remained on the taxiway for some time until officers determined there was no credible threat.Police determined it was all a prank.Alaska Airlines said it takes safety seriously and also apologized to its passengers for any inconvenience.
