Editors, stylists, and fashion TikTok agree: 'It's practical perfection.'

On the one hand, as stylist and personal shopper Imogen Alexander told me, "it's practical perfection." It's 88 percent wool , and there's zero risk of forgetting your winter scarf when it's sewn into your jacket. "The in-between seasons coat is so hard to find and this one ticks all the necessary boxes," agrees stylist and Favorite Daughter style director Jordan Foster, who owns the grey version. "The coat itself is completely unique from the contrast stitch details to the attached scarf."
Simply saying the coat's appeal lies in its practicality would fail to capture its magic. There are, after all, hundreds of perfectly practical and oversized"Part of the reason behind the scarf coat's success, I think, is that it looks old school without looking vintage, so it feels classic in this very fresh way,"fashion news director Rachel Tashjian muses.
