A man has been arrested in connection with the alleged rape of a fellow officer at the Scottish Police College. An investigation was launched following reports of a serious sexual assault at Tulliallan in Kincardine, Fife, on October 14.
A 35-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and released pending further investigation. It is understood that the suspect remains suspended. It is currently closed due to traces of Legionella bacteria being discovered in the water system. All rookie cop training has been suspended on the grounds of health and safety advice.
