Philadelphia police initially said the fourth suspect had surrendered Wednesday morning but have since retracted that statement, correcting themselves to say he still remains at large.

A third suspect has been arrested in connection with a SEPTA bus stop shooting that injured eight Northeast High School students.The fourth suspect wanted in the Philadelphia mass shooting that injured eight teens last week at a SEPTA bus stop in the city's Burholme section is on deadline to turn himself in Wednesday.

Investigators say they've already tried to arrest the fourth suspect, adding that they know he's 17 years old and from the city's Germantown section, and have been in contact with his family. Two suspects have been arrested in connection to last week's mass shooting at a SEPTA bus stop that injured 8 teenagers.
