Police have launched a manhunt after a man was brutally attacked in Glasgow's Merchant City a week before Christmas.
The man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with serious injuries following the 'attempted murder'.Detective Sergeant Donna McDougall, of Glasgow CID, said: “A man has been left with serious injuries and it is vital we trace whoever is responsible.
