Police ID'd Robert 'Bobby' E. Crimo as a person of interest in the Highland Park, Illinois parade shooting. A manhunt is underway.
WATCH: Police ID person of interest in parade shootingLaw enforcement has identified Robert "Bobby" Crimo III as a person of interest in the shooting at a 4th of July parade in the Chicago suburb of Highland park.
Law enforcement sources confirmed to ABC News the person of interest's social media posts are part of the ongoing investigation. The gunman appeared to be firing from a roof, Chris Covelli with the Lake County Major Crimes Task Force said.A firearm was recovered from the scene. Covelli said hundreds of officers including with Illinois State Police and the FBI were searching for the shooter.
