Marvin Guevara, 30, and Andy Guevara, 27, were booked into the Dallas County jail Thursday evening. It wasn’t immediately clear how they are related. The Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office, which said the car was reported stolen out of Midlothian, pursued the vehicle to the Dallas County line, the department said.
