Investors in PG&E Corp. stocks and bonds have lost about $4.1 billion in the four trading days since the blaze in Sonoma County, Calif., started late Oct. 23, according to an analysis by The Wall Street Journal. The stock has dropped 39%, cutting the utility’s market capitalization to $2.7 billion on Tuesday, from a high of $37 billion in 2017.
