As someone who loved the novels the show is based on, this is one of the most accurate adaptations I've seen. Walker, Leah, and Ariyan shine and bring so much heart and joy to these roles. I cannot wait for season 2 to see how the cast and crew continue bringing these stories and characters to life.Visually stunning and fantastically acted, the Disney+ series is much better than the previous movie attempts at adapting Rick Riordan's novels.
The series, so far, has been incredibly faithful to the source material, and the changes made have made sense because of the different mediums in which the story has been told. I hope the series gets to run long enough to complete the story told by the novels.Based on the novel series by Rick Riordan Percy Jackson & the Olympians is an action-adventure fantasy television series created for Disney+.
