It was 3 a.m. by the time I got back home, and my apartment building ran out of spots inside our gate — so I parked on the two-way street closest to my building. My family lives in a very safe, well-lit neighborhood, so I was scared.
"There was only four of us on duty that night. One was working from home, and the other person was in the room with me, which meant that the supervisor was alone on the other side of the building. I found out later that several people have seen this phantom woman walking around the east side of the building. The maintenance man told me that about 20 to 30 years ago a woman died of a heart attack in the building.
