The suspect, identified as Eric M. Kortz told investigators that he 'went to put some bullets' in the USPS worker.

While at the Allegheny County Police Department Headquarters, Kortz was interviewed by Allegheny County Police Detective Patrick Kinavey and U.S. Postal Inspector Erik J. Bohin, according to the attorney's office.

Kortz also told investigators during the interview that he was aware of where Vignone worked and on the day of the fatal shooting, he located Vignone on his mail delivery route.
