Fort Worth police said the pedestrian ran onto the interstate shortly after 7 a.m. and was hit by an oncoming truck. The victim’s name has not been released. Northbound traffic was being directed off the interstate at Brentwood Stair Road, and the highway lanes remained closed at 9:30 a.m.Maggie Prosser.
