She said that since “teamwork is more essential than ever,” we all need to learn how to follow as much as how to lead. 6. “Make time for friends,” might come as an unexpected piece of advice to some, but her point was that our personal support systems are essential for business success too.8. “To thine own self be true,” Boudreau cautioned, even as we hear tons of advice from a plethora of sources. This applies to how you structure your life too, she pointed out, adding, “there’s no single formula” for work-life management. “Find your own way to do it all.
