Parma is currently planning the next round of Ohio Environmental Protection Agency-mandated septic-to-sewer conversions in the city.
“We picked that street because the pavement conditions are in poor shape,” Parma Service Director Tony Vannello said.
The Craigleigh Drive improvement project -- located west of Ridge Road and south of West Sprague Road -- involves the construction of new sanitary sewer and connections to eliminate failing septic systems. So far, the city has received $700,000 in Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District 2024 Member Community Infrastructure Program funding.
