Robert Gilliam says he and his wife are putting drug dealers on notice after their 22-year-old daughter died from an overdose.
Robert Gilliam said he’s not afraid. He knows it’s dangerous. But he said the situation is worth the risk because it’s a problem not only affecting his family, but the entire country.
Robert said on August 23, his daughter’s boyfriend said he couldn’t get in touch with Ciara who lived in Des Moines, Iowa. Robert, who was in Oklahoma at the time, tried to get in touch with his daughter but couldn’t. The family is now offering a reward — now up to $45,000 — to find the drug dealer who sold Ciara. They want the dealer’s name, address, and phone number. No questions asked.A GoFundMe page has also been set up to help with the family’s expenses.
