BREAKING: The parents of a teen charged with killing 4 students at a Michigan high school have been charged with 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter, prosecutor says.
, for the shooting Tuesday at Oxford High School in Oakland County, roughly 30 miles north of Detroit.
In a separate appearance on MSNBC, the top prosecutor in Oakland County said Thursday that the teen appeared to have “free access” to the gun. “There’s no conversation occurring between us, the suspect or the parents,” Bouchard told NBC News Now Thursday. Ethan Crumbley has been charged as an adult with four counts of first-degree murder, one count of terrorism causing death, seven counts of assault with intent to murder and 12 counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
