Three 18-year-old men were on the upper floor of a home in the 2300 block of 77th Avenue in Philadelphia, playing with a gun, The woman’s grandson and one of the other men remained at the scene and were questioned, but the third left the scene, the Inquirer reported. His whereabouts are still unknown.
