Yoder is charged in that case with statutory and institutional sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.
She recalled asking him if it looked like she was losing weight. His response was he could not tell because she wore baggy clothing but he was sure she had a nice body. Charges in that case are unlawful contact with a minor, solicitation to commit sexual abuse of children, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and harassment.One of them testified at his preliminary hearing about him in class opening a hole in her jeans and writing on her inner thigh. Another time he wrote on her wrist, she said.
