A bus driver who drove students to and from Tussey Mountain High School has been charged following accusations he assaulted a 15-year-old student, according to reports.
reported the driver assaulted the student for not changing seats. 71-year-old Roy Cooley has been charged with misdemeanors: endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, and simple assault.
The student told police he sat in the same seat he’s been sitting in all year, and the driver told him he had until a certain time to move out of the seat.
