Two men have been arrested for vehicular homicide in the wrong-way crash that killed Pa. native Ava Fellerman and three others.
Two Florida men are in custody after police say they crashed into and killed three people while driving the wrong way on a state route in Florida in December.
Devin Perkins, 22, and Thomas Petry, 54, were both arrested on three counts of vehicular homicide for the fatal crash that occurred Dec. 11 at 2:20 a.m. in Volusia County, Florida,Petry drove into oncoming traffic on State Route 44, crashing into an Infinity Q50 driven by Perkins and forcing it into the median.
Petry then fled from the scene on foot, according to FOX56, leaving an injured passenger inside the Tacoma. Ava Fellerman, 20; Alexandra Dulin, famous by the name of “Ali Spice” on TikTok, 21; and Kyle Moser, 25 were all passengers inside the Infinity while Perkins was driving. Perkins was driving at around 100 miles-per-hour at the time of the crash while under the influence of alcohol and THC,
