NS child killer Penny Boudreau and the path to eventual release | SaltWireCHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A P.E.I. man charged with assaulting a woman and several gun offences in relation to an armed standoff with police in Hunter River in July has elected to have his matters heard in P.E.I. Supreme Court.
Logan David Tyrone Allen, 26, appeared in provincial court in Charlottetown on Oct. 4 by video from the Provincial Correctional Centre. At the court appearance, Allen's lawyer, Conor Mullin, elected to have the matters heard in P.E.I. Supreme Court by judge alone.According to information previously released by the P.E.I. RCMP, shortly before 1 p.m.
