The male German shepherd was found about 10:20 p.m. Friday in the parking lot near a Hobby Lobby store along the west side of the shopping center.WILLIAMSPORT – The woman who abandoned a male German shepherd in a locked crate at a suburban Williamsport shopping center in frigid weather has been identified.
Given the dog’s condition and being subjected to harsh weather conditions, animal cruelty charges will be filed against Waldman, they said.in the parking lot near a Hobby Lobby store along the west side of the shopping center.
