A man accused of leaving five pit bulls unsecured that attacked and seriously injured another man at Arlington apartment complex last month has been arrested.
The 41-year-old victim’s girlfriend told investigators he stepped outside to check the weather when he was attacked by five pit bulls. She said she saw the attack after she heard him screaming and called 911. According to the affidavit, the victim was treated for a 2-inch cut to the bone and another 1-inch cut on his right arm, a torn earlobe, a cut to the back of his head and puncture wounds on his nose, left arm and both feet. The man told investigators he received 79 stitches.
