, which have 6.7-liter Cummins diesel engines and prior-generation heater-grid relays, are:2021-2023 Ram 4500 cab chassis trucksRam advises owners to park their vehicles outdoors and away from structures. Owners will be notified by mail on March 31, and dealers will replace the relay for free.
3L engine and 10R60 automatic transmission because a powertrain control module reset may occur when the vehicle is in motion, resulting in park system damage and increased chance of the vehicle rolling away due to it unable to shift into park. Affected owners are expected to be notified by mail on March 20. Dealers will inspect the vehicle's park system for damage and repair if necessary for free.
