After weeks of hanging out in the neighborhood, somebody scooped him up and brought him to SOS Animal Shelter where he could be safe. Otto has been with us for several weeks and, despite some rumors, Otto has done wonderfully well in our cattery, where there are upwards of 40 cats at any given time.
