Durham police arrested an Oshawa man after searching a home in the city in connection with a number of thefts from locker rooms across the region.Police say the man would go into the rooms, steal items and then use the debit and credit cards he stole.Edward Pond, 45, of Oshawa is facing 104 charges including theft of credit card x9, unauthorized use of credit card x22, fraud under $5000 x22, fail to comply with release order x20, theft under $5000 x7 and possession of a prohibited weapon.
