Shortly after her return from overseas, the opportunity at Orion Talent presented itself. Wanting a chance to step out of her comfort zone and challenge herself, Peiker accepted the offer to become Orion Talent’s new CEO. She’s continuing the corporation’s legacy of building a bridge between organizations and veterans in her new role through advanced military hiring tactics, events and veteran outreach. Conductinghas shown that veterans perform very well under pressure.
As Peiker continues to pivot within her career and help veterans land meaningful jobs, she focuses on the following essential steps: Figure out which opportunities are supporting your lifestyle and desires.
