Noel Edmonds' BBC One variety show was consigned to history in 2000
An original Mr Blobby costume has sold on eBay for more than £62,000 after more than 170 bids on the auction. The costume was an original of the much loved 90s character who was a primary feature on the hit Saturday night show, Noel Edmonds' House Party.
The listing, by user blobby01, has attracted much attention after news of it broke. The listing described its condition as “used” and states the outfit is “an original BBC costume from the mid-1990s," Chronicle Live reports.
