ByRepublicans in Virginia are getting a preview of the jubilation of Democrats if they capture full control of the state’s government next Tuesday.
In what’s known in Virginia as an “off-off year” election, Democrats expect to win and have a good shot at raising the $7.25 minimum wage, passing gun-control measures and ratifying the long-moribund Equal Rights Amendment.
