Why is there a requirement for everyone in Texas to have a license to be able to work as a physician or a nurse or a dentist? We also have insurance requirements for owning and operating a car. These requirements are there to protect us.I want a law passed requiring parents to pay insurance to cover the possibility that their kids get shot. At home or school. Same thing for everybody: to pay for insurance protection from being shot while at stores or work.
