“It’s more our style of play,” he said. “We were trying to play that way and just weren’t executing as well as we’d like and got ourselves into trouble. Here, we really controlled the play each and every end. We forced them, then got our deuce – the boring old curling we like to play.”
“That’s when you get a little bit of nerves and something, when you get older in your career, you struggle to get because you played so many games,” Gushue said. “We’ve had the last couple of games.
