This way, we can have a more inclusive and successful future for everyone.The report also says that while women are underrepresented in leadership positions, they hold an even smaller share of leadership positions among STEM jobs.
However, in some parts of the world, there’s almost an equal number of men and women in R&D jobs. For example, in Central Asia, almost half of R&D researchers are women, while in Latin America and the Caribbean, 44.2 percent of the R&D workforce are women.
