A GoFundMe campaign set up for a Big Apple family soldiering through unthinkable heartbreak has generated $106,000 as of Saturday afternoon.
Friends and family of Aleksandra “Ola” Witek, 40, and her kids, 1-year-old Calvin Lopez and Lucian Lopez, 3“Ola was an incredibly loving and devoted stay-at-home mom to her two young sons. Being a NYC school teacher, she instilled her knowledge and teachings on the growth of her boys who had blossoming imaginations and whose curiosity and sweetness to family and friends alike captured everyone’s hearts,” reads a portion of the GoFundMe, which does not mention Edison Lopez.

The family was planning to move out of the city into a bigger home just days for the grisly slayings.
