Traffic Update: Broadway south of Speer is back open after being shut down for the afternoon due to a shooting:
Both victims were taken to a local hospital, where the man was pronounced dead, police said. The woman is in critical condition. They were shot in a parking lot.
She left the scene in a silver Chrysler 200, a car that has damage to the left front panel, Montoya said. The car’s license plate is Colorado ALO-I76. Police believe they have the weapon used in the shooting.
