The party has launched a petition that aims to force a public vote on whether Saskatchewan should have an independent inquiry on COVID\u002D19.
The elephant in the room is the federal party, he says, but that hasn’t stopped him from trying to be an effective voice provincially.
During the 2016 election, the party ran a full slate of 61 candidates and received 3.6 per cent of the vote. In the 2020 campaign, it only ran three candidates and received 0.08 per cent of the vote. However, he doesn’t blame voters for not differentiating between the two parties. He said the provincial party needs to do better at communicating.
