Earlier this month, Serena Williams surprised friends and fans when she debuted her baby bump on the Met Gala red carpet. But before revealing her pregnancy to the world, she had to share the news with her biggest fan—her daughter Olympia.
Sitting on a couch with her husband Alexis Ohanian and Olympia between them, Williams finally broke the news. “You know how you’ve been praying for a little sister or brother,” Williams said. “Well we went to the doctor, and it turns out I’m not getting fat, but I have a baby in my belly.”
