"Papers were drawn up to establish jurisdiction relating to the children of Ms. Wilde and Mr. Sudeikis," the source told."Mr. Sudeikis had no prior knowledge of the time or place that the envelope would have been delivered as this would solely be up to the process service company involved and he would never condone her being served in such an inappropriate manner."
Witnesses said that the person who gave Wilde the envelope had CinemaCon credentials. CinemaCon is a trade show, closed to the public, and all attendees must register beforehand. In addition, to attend, one must be either a member in good standing of one of three movie industry professional organizations, be an industry affiliate—like members of the media, advertisers or publicity companies—or, finally, be eligible for membership in either of the three professional organizations but without an active membership.
