C. -- Ohio’s Cuyahoga Valley National Park will clean up three abandoned oil and gas wells with its share of a $33 million Interior Department investment to plug, remediate and reclaim orphaned oil and gas wells and well sites on federally owned lands, U.S. Sen. Rob Portman announced this week.

“Cleaning up orphaned oil and gas wells is an important way to keep our communities ... clean and safe,” said a statement from Portman.
