Speaking to reporters Wednesday, Gov. Here is when we expect the highest water and winds. The strongest winds will be from the south from Point Lay to the south, but winds will turn SW shortly after the peak and continue to cause high water. Most locations can expect high water from late Wed PM through Sat AM.
